1. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
- Accreditation is granted solely to bona fide members of the media acting in a professional capacity.
- All information provided in the application must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- The accrediting body reserves the right to verify credentials at any time.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Approval and Discretion
- Submission of an application does not guarantee accreditation.
- Accreditation is granted at the sole discretion of the organising body and may be limited due to capacity, security, or editorial relevance.
- Accreditation is non-transferable and must be used only by the approved individual.

3.⁠ ⁠Identification and Conduct
- Accredited media personnel must carry and visibly display their accreditation badge at all times while on site.
- Professional conduct is required at all times.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Editorial Independence and Usage
- Coverage must be used for editorial, journalistic, or news-related purposes only, unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Commercial use, advertising, or promotional exploitation of access, content, or footage is prohibited.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Photography, Filming, and Recording
- Live broadcasting, streaming, or real-time transmission is not permitted at any time.
- Copyright and intellectual property rights of the organising body and participants must be respected.

6.⁠ ⁠Health, Safety, and Liability
- Accredited individuals attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and equipment.
- The organising body is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft, except where required by law.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Revocation and Removal
- Accreditation may be withdrawn at any time for breach of these terms, security concerns, or inappropriate conduct.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting an application or using the accreditation, the applicant confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
